Dr. Prakash M. Ludhani is a highly experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon with over 14 years of expertise in managing both routine and complex cardiac cases. Dr Prakash (Regn. No. 65880) is a Senior Consultant, Heart & Lung Transplantation and MCS at Institutes of Heart - Lung Transplant & MCS, Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. His areas of specialization include Heart and Lung Transplantation, as well as Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS).He completed his MBBS and MS in Gujarat, followed by MCh and DNB in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery from CMC Vellore. Dr. Ludhani further enhanced his expertise through international fellowships in Advanced Adult Cardiac Surgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and in Heart-Lung Transplantation and MCS at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.After returning to India, Dr. Ludhani played a pivotal role in developing heart transplant programs at leading institutions including U.
